An Invite-Only Program With a Purpose
The Leadership Program is an invite-only opportunity for committed students who consistently demonstrate focus, effort, and a positive attitude. This program goes beyond traditional martial arts training and helps students develop advanced skills, self-confidence, and leadership habits.
Every three months, the program rotates its focus to keep training challenging and well-rounded. Students cycle through weapons training, tournament preparation, and instructorship training — gaining exposure to different paths within martial arts while learning discipline, accountability, and responsibility along the way.
What the Program Covers
- Weapons Training — Advanced technique work with traditional martial arts weapons in a structured, supervised environment.
- Tournament Preparation — Competition-focused training designed to sharpen technique, timing, and mental readiness.
- Instructorship Training — Students learn how to lead warm-ups, assist newer students, and develop the communication and teaching skills that define great instructors.
Who It's For
Students are invited into the Leadership Program based on their consistency, attitude, and commitment — not just belt rank. Whether a student is learning how to lead by example, sharpen advanced techniques, or assist newer students, the Leadership Program is designed to help them grow into confident leaders both inside the school and in everyday life.
